Summary

Engineer and technical program leader connecting manufacturing operations, enterprise systems, data and AI. Experience spans operational leadership at Signify, SAP S/4HANA manufacturing readiness at Flowserve, data engineering at Epic, operational analytics at Disney, continuous improvement at Tenneco and personal product development through AutoOps AI. Industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma foundation, with evidence-based process improvement and cross-functional delivery.

Selected impact & operational scope

  • 15% scrap reduction

Root-cause analysis and SPC on high-volume production lines; a parallel value-stream mapping program captured an additional $180K.

  • 10% defect reduction / $43K

Quality initiative built on statistical analysis and process redesign; 1st place, Lozier Co. national quality competition.

  • Multi-site process validation

Engineering-through-shipment process validation for two industrial pump plants supporting $200M+ in operations.

Experience

Flowserve — SAP Business Implementation Project Manager, Industrial Pumps

Jan 2026 – Present

  • Lead manufacturing-process readiness for an SAP S/4HANA deployment across two industrial pump plants ($200M+ in operations), coordinating Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and IT to validate end-to-end manufacturing processes before production release.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end manufacturing validation scenarios covering engineering release, BOM and routing, material planning, procurement, receiving, production, quality inspection, warehousing, shipment, and financial integration.
  • Established issue-closure governance for process validation: every critical defect requires defined ownership, corrective action, objective evidence, retest, and site sign-off before it is considered closed.
  • Own the work-instruction and process-documentation inventory for both sites; build readiness dashboards tracking defect aging, closure status, and site readiness for leadership.

Signify — Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Manager

Nov 2024 – Jan 2026

  • Cut scrap 15% through structured root-cause analysis and SPC on high-volume manufacturing lines; a parallel value-stream mapping program captured an additional $180K.
  • Defined acceptance criteria and led vendor run-off and buy-off for new production equipment — verifying build conformance to specification, cycle time, and process capability before release to production.
  • Owned PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and inspection criteria for the production area; drove corrective action on recurring defect modes using MES and shop-floor data.
  • Led a 9-person team and the improvement agenda; time studies, line balancing, and standard work raised gross utilization 20% ($250K+ projected annual benefit) and cut changeover time 18%.

AutoOps AI — Founder & Product Engineer

Nov 2025 – Present

  • Build an AI platform for manufacturing quality workflows — FMEA, CAPA, 5-Why root-cause analysis, nonconformance tracking, and quality reporting — with beta workflows and an SAP connector exercised primarily against a mock; 35 discovery interviews and a 20-user pilot. No quantified pilot business result is published.

Epic Systems — Data Aggregation Engineer

Jun 2024 – Sep 2024

  • Built SQL/ETL pipelines processing 500K+ records and improving data quality 30%, feeding real-time operational dashboards.

The Walt Disney Company — Industrial Engineering Intern

May 2023 – Aug 2023

  • Built Python predictive and optimization models that cut Disney Cruise Line port wait times 25%; redesigned transportation and material flow for an 82% cost reduction ($120K annual).

Tenneco — Continuous Improvement Intern

May 2022 – Aug 2022

  • Identified $1.3M in projected savings through Lean Six Sigma analysis and simulation of Ford production-line layouts; built Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility across multiple plants.
